Writer-director Catherine Crouch is an accomplished screenwriter and collaborator who has frequently written and lectured on the subject of screenwriting at film festivals, industry conferences and universities. As a consultant, Catherine’s goal is to provide the emerging screenwriter with specific, thoughtful, helpful feedback and suggestions to improve the chances of success for your project before you submit to producers or production companies.
SERVICES AND RATES
- $150 Review of your synopsis, character descriptions and plot outlines Catherine will evaluate your work in progress (up to 50 pages) and react to them in detail in writing as well as by a 1-hour phone consultation. She will offer critical feedback as well as concrete suggestions to improve the work.
- $150 - Treatments Evaluation and feedback, including notes and a phone conference.
- $300 screenplays ($150 for shorts) - An in-depth evaluation of the script’s overall feasibility and marketability, structure, characters, dialogue, conflict and format plus a 1-hour phone consultation. In addition to specific notes and/or corrections written on the actual hard copy of the script, Catherine will provide a detailed list of concrete suggestions to improve the script as well as some ideas on where to market your script.
